It is almost odourless and totally non-toxic, and can be used on its own or along with any other Gimbi litter.
Wood Shaving Litter has excellent absorbing capacity and odour control power.
Its especially soft consistency helps to prevent overpressure on the delicate soles of rabbits and guinea pigs.
Small animals like hamsters, mice and gerbils love to burrow in wood shavings; it can also be used with other types of litter for chinchillas or degus in separate areas of the cage, to provide additional enrichment for your pet.
For cleaning, simply replace the wet and dirty parts of the litter every one or two days with a plastic scoop.
The dirty litter can be disposed of as wet waste.
The light consistency of the litter means that it can be easily brushed out if it becomes stuck in the coat of long-haired rabbits or guinea pigs.
